The Ferryman can use it.

When I reached the end of the Dwarven vault, I used the Unstable spellbook that I got after the boss (in hopes of getting a scroll of mapping effect), but i didn't have enough charges to get a choice of what scroll to use, so it used a scroll of return, which brought me out of the vault and into a homebase raid which I was unable to fight, since they were enemies of the level I was fighting before I went into the vault.

You can use the tech stars to craft the modules and ships after you get the blueprints from either the destruction of pirate bases in Terran planets or from the engineer beacon event.

You get the pomeha ship from completing the three puzzle boxes, not the quest.

Es solo dinero, también tiene textos diferentes de acuerdo a si tienes el juego en Inglés o Ruso (creo que son esos lenguajes nada más).

[It's just for money right now, but it does have different text depending on the language you have selected.]

A Special Faction Attack Quest that only starts appearing after doing basically everything else you can do in the mod.

It's bugged, you can go back to 1.9.1 or 1.9.3 to play the mod without bugs

Is this mod still being developed?

Would it be possible to change either Nocturnix or Unipol faction color? I keep getting them mixed up

After deleting my save file I can actually select the mod in-game

Thankfully I was planning on replaying the mod anyways

I also tried going to previous versions of the game it still won't appear

Yes, It only disappeared when I changed from 4.2 to 4.21

This ship is the one that I said was bugged

There are some ships from certain factions that don't recibe damage from any kind of weapon, is this a bug?

How do i unlock the mega ion cannon?

How am i meant to defeat the contingency? None of my ships do enough damage or have enough health to defeat even one ship

What mission?

Is the mod balanced around the player having level 200 ships?
