Creative puzzles and has a lot of potential beyond the additional mechanics from the core one. The core gameplay is really fun and really gets your brain juices flowing. Given the time frame, I'm surprised by how seamless the core loop is; from what I've went through there isn't any bugs or whacky glitches. The idea definitely has potential and I hope to see it flourish into something more mainstream (maybe a mobile format) with even more challenging puzzles.

This is what VN dating  sims should strive for: subverting expectations, breaking the fourth wall, and turning an otherwise cute game into a psychologically demented horror show. To be fair, the characters are your standard archetypes and the base story is as linear and one dimensional as most other dating sims get, but everything else is just *chef's kiss*.  Plus, DDLC Plus helps give more personality and depth to the characters, making them seem less as some generic NPC of the game and more like an actual character in the game.
