Thanks, this was very useful onboarding feedback. We’ve strengthened the first card to contrast symbol quantity with actual changes, and reworked the uniqueness explanation around a real deduction. The uniqueness rule now appears again during level 4 at the point it is first needed.

We’ve also added visible duplicate-line feedback, kept the clue meaning visible in the early levels, added a Rules button during play, and changed the progress label to “Cells filled.” The timer now waits until onboarding is finished.

Tutorial completion and skipping are now measured separately as well. We’ll treat your difficulty observations as onboarding feedback until we have results from full level runs.

Thanks for catching this. You’re right: completion time should measure puzzle-solving time, not tutorial reading time.

I’ve updated Level 1 so the timer and server session start only after the guide is dismissed via “Start playing” or “Skip.” The tutorial now remains at 00:00, and regression coverage was added

Thank you one more time

Hi everyone! I’m building FLUX, a mobile-first logic puzzle game where every grid is filled with Fire or Water.

You solve each puzzle using clues that show how many times the element changes in each row and column. There is also an extra rule: no two rows or columns can be identical.

You can play it here: https://flux.clavmind.com

I’m looking for honest feedback from people who enjoy logic puzzles. If you have a few minutes, I’d really appreciate it if you could play a few levels and tell me:

  • Were the rules clear without reading the tutorial?
  • Did the difficulty feel fair?
  • Were you ever confused about what to do next?
  • Did the visual feedback, controls and hints feel useful?
  • Which part of the game would you improve first?

This is an early version, so critical feedback is very welcome. Please mention your device/browser and the level where you noticed a problem. Thanks!
