I'm actually also looking for something of a very small scope, as I'm busy right now but still it's been a while since I did a game jam so I would love to try and work with you and see if we match with story ideas, if you still hadn't found a team! I'm an artist and writer and coder, so I can fit whatever role. I'm also a huge fan of horror and cozy horror, I can go with games from cute to very dark themes.
