Thank you for the update! This works, and it definitely feels more responsive, though I will say that playing through the ROM seems to default to black and white, which makes me sad as I really like the color palettes you have for the standalone version

Is this something that you might know how to fix or set up? If not, it's totally fine, and you've been plenty of help so far already!

Hey again! Sorry to hit you with so many comments, but I wanted to bring up something I realized i may have forgotten to.

After playing the game for a while (more than an hour usually), I've noticed the audio desyncs from the game, to the point I've cleared a fight in a turn, and the audio was only catching up as the fight ended.

I haven't played the newer version to test this out yet, so it's possibly you already patched it or took care of this.I'm not sure if maybe it has to do with playing it in borderless windowed/fullscreen, but I figured it's better to bring it up than to assume it's been noticed!

I purchased the Heal II Spell from the store in Corner Rock, and this was before the duplication issue. I think my spell inventory was full, but I'm not sure as I ended up just reloading to fix the whole deal.

Hello! Came back to say I found a new bug, one that I'm not sure about the specifics of how it works, but that I've managed to replicate reliably. Sorting spells in the inventory, if there is an empty space in the same spot for weapons that you put the first spell, will place the spell into the weapons inventory. If you try to move it to another empty spot from there, it will duplicate.

You can regain the spells as spells proper by putting them into storage and retrieving them, but, somehow related to this, is the fact that I also bought a spell and didn't receive it. I'm not sure if it's related to this at all, but looking for it to use (Heal II) was how I found out about this issue being reliably re-creatable, as I'd once done it before by accident with an item.

Just starting the game, love the concept from the start! There's something nice about hitting that Game Boy itch.

Small typo I noticed - when you 'check' the 'Return to Title Screen' option in the Options menu, it says, "Returns to the title screen. All saved progress will be lost!" rather than 'unsaved'.
