I’ve run some tests and I think the issue might be fixed in the version I just uploaded. Could you check and confirm if it works? Do the rest of the texts, apart from the subtitles, change language correctly?

En teoría el punto de guardado se mantiene entre versiones. Siempre puedes descargar la última versión sin borrar la anterior y confirmarlo. Pero deberia manternerse la partida guardada.

Thank you for your comment. Initially, this was just a joke among friends, and the game was not planned to have more than one language. Even so, it is possible that in the near future I will be encouraged to translate it into English.
