I'm really happy to hear that! There was one person reporting that the patch was not wokring for them but they provided so little information that I couldn't help at all, it was really unfortunate.

I don't think you understood me... When I say JP version I mean the Japanese language option of the Steam release!!! If you don't understand my explanation, look up how to change the language of ANY Steam game online. And if that doesn't work, then just refund it. It won't work with the Freem version, it was made ages ago with a different engine.

I'm not sure either. If it's already in Chinese, the CN patch should work. Can you try to change the language and see if JP works for you?

Please read the instruction carefully:

"You need to change the game's settings to your target language (Manage -> Properties -> General)"

I double-checked just in case and it's working on my end. Are you sure you changed the language to Chinese?

No. My guess is that: 1) technically, this bonus has already been published in Japan (in a magazine); 2) the Steam release was aimed primarily at the Chinese audience, so perhaps this is a sort of gift for them.

A minor translation error was fixed in the latest update. It bothered me because it was on one of the images I provided here, so I decided it needed fixing asap. Otherwise everything is outlined in the version history.

Thank you for your kind words. I get it, people are shy. Actually, since you're the first person who commented, can I ask you how the patch is working for you (if you downloaded it)? I still have zero reports so far haha. If it doesn't work for anyone but me it's a  disaster I need to fix asap.
