Hi! Based on the screenshot provided, this rejection is not caused by a code conflict or a requirement to delete the SDK. Unity Ads is not on Amazon's list of prohibited SDKs (like Tapjoy, MoPub, or Flurry).

Instead, Amazon requires you to explicitly declare your data collection practices or confirm your SDK privacy settings for Unity Ads.

To resolve this without removing Unity Ads, you can follow Amazon’s instructions shown in the message:

  1. Go to the Amazon developer support contact page
  2. Select:
    • Type of inquiry: Appstore
    • Category: App Submission and Certification
    • Topic: App Content Policy Review Results
  3. Send them a message confirming your data collection practices regarding Unity Ads (e.g., explaining that the SDK is used solely for serving ads and how Advertising IDs/user data are handled or restricted in your Unity Ads configuration). Submit a ticket using a message like the template example I leave you below:

Subject: Clarification on Unity Ads Data Collection practices

Message: "Hello Amazon Appstore Team,

Regarding the recent review of our app submission, I would like to clarify that we integrate the Unity Ads SDK solely for displaying in-game advertisements and monetization.

The Unity Ads SDK collects device identifiers (such as Advertising ID) strictly for ad delivery, reporting, and anti-fraud purposes in accordance with standard privacy guidelines. We do not use any restricted features of this SDK or collect restricted user data outside of standard ad serving operations.

Could you please confirm if any additional declarations are required, or proceed with the certification review?

Thank you,"

Once you submit this confirmation ticket, Amazon's review team can approve the build.

Let me know if this works for you :)

Updated to latest version available that is 4.19.0, have fun :)

Unfortunately no, you have to pass params.

Glad you enjoyed our work :)

It should be :)

If you have any issues, please let us know!
