Once you get a phone, you can call in the Taur taxi cahracter. there is an option to go to a sort of Inn. Once there, if you walk around the woods at night, you will encounter Echo. She only, so far, has 1 scene that is not repeatable.

Honestly, LOVE the update and the new characters ♥
Sadly, when i try and go to the island i get

While running game code:

ScriptError: could not find label 'on_ship'.
