Not initially, and this is to avoid having to make multiple renders to account for variation. The endings will be where the player can decide whether they stay where they are (at that point), or grow to be big or huge. Thanks!

Currently working on Endowed, then back to Hypnosis.

I'll be posting another advanced script in the next few weeks. I made a poll on Patreon asking what to post as side content, and they chose a little continuation of the Broken Watch Branch, so that will be next.

Both this and the future story will both make it into the game in future updates, otherwise my plan for the next Hypnosis update will be continuing the main story.

I plan to add this into the game in a future update, but posted the script in advance as it's been a while for any new Hypnosis updates while I've been working on Endowed.

You're not wrong, a year is a long time! If it helps, I've been working full time on the next Endowed updates since then.

For the bonus content that comes with Hypnosis Premium, yep! When you click download on the game, you should see the option for BonusContent.zip where it has all the items listed on the page.
As to the bonus content mentioned in the bundle content, I don't believe the bundle will reach the stretch goals mentioned. Although I think the devs planned to release a bonus render collection anyway at the end of the bundle.

Hey there!
The Hypnosis Premium page on itch is one update ahead of the free version, and the premium version is the same as on Patreon and SubscribeStar. 
The game is still in development, and currently I'm working on the next Endowed update before getting back to Hypnosis.

Currently I'm working on the next update for Endowed, after which I'll get back to Hypnosis. In the meantime, I'll also have some side content for Hypnosis coming out in the near future.

As of now, pregnancy mainly happens in the different endings, as they are able to skip ahead in time. The only main variable is when Leah asks if you would like to have kids, your answer determines whether pregnancy is enabled or not (with a few exceptions for plot related reasons).

I have an outline for a different ending of Hot Friends with a focus more on expansion instead of pregnancy, but I've been waiting on finding enough time to finish it. First I'll finish up Taylor, or at least one ending.

It's a couple of steps early on, although I don't recall the specific choices at the moment. But I believe it's documented in the Walkthrough Guide

Making a replay gallery has been on my todo list for a while. I'll be working on it for Endowed first, as there are far less scenes to combine with it, eventually getting it going for Hypnosis

The nice guy/asshole endings are the plan, but I actually wanted to make the asshole path begin sooner, so the next update I'm working on now will be called The Bad Reputation update where you can be more of a jerk in the game, especially within the club.

The two paths will offer some different interactions with the girls, and will lock a few of the girls in one path vs the other, but most will still be available on both.

The download works for PC and Mac, but on mobile the images don't load, as the game is built in HTML.

I tried several times to convert it to a version that works in Android, but it got too technical for my dumbass.

There was before the recent payment processor fiasco. Itch is still looking for a new one, but until then it looks like we're stuck with only PayPal.
