ngl I only got the yellow options after replying the game so many times. you don't need them to get that route, but clearly crownus was PISSED. I wonder if there's an easter egg if you continue to avoiding the secret ending.

huh weird... if you got the butler route & asked all the questions you get fake jestyn (who is actually prieston disguised) saving you which leads you to prieston's route. i only got real jestyn saving me when I skipped getting to know butle

look more into the photos in wizzy's & kinghter's desks by clicking on the desks over & over + ask to see crownus room over & over + don't allow jestyn to follow you around 

are there 2 or 3+ endings total? I got two main routes thus far, the date night & prieston

I love the complexity of the political sides! I always admire stories that can communicate enough to keep us curious, push the story forward, while also allow us to draw our own conclusion. which info to share / omit & when / how is such a skill! also loved the loop mechanic to help us achieve the secret ending.

I do wonder if jestyn (if that's his real name) is the original (pink lion) king that got overthrown by the rabbit & then replaced as his toy / jester? those who are loyal to crownus do seem to see human as meat. the smexy scene did also show jestyn having fancy attire which was... odd. could be my bias, but when I got that first ending, I wondered if jestyn was truly just a jester. he totally looked like a prince! (edit: decided to choose the non smexy options & ig the MC called it haha. the dialogue really spelt it out + I loved seeing jestyn talk more seriously about himself ;-;) (also we stan a switch king) he also really seems against the idea of eating humans. but butley also claims that jestyn is using the MC? he's very unreliable tho cos he literally tried to eat the MC in the next scene... so there's a lot contradictory info. the rabbit vs lion motif sprinkled in is interesting, esp with the different fairy tale versions told by jestyn & prieston, jestyn sees his current rabbit self & prieston remembers his original face as the lion king. I will replay sometime in the future to refresh my thoughts on it + to recall jestyn's positions. he did say iirc to be a rabbit with a heart of a lion + favours the lion. tho in prieston's fairy tale, the lion did act more like a rabbit if anything. the fact that jestyn is incredibly strong is interesting, not sure if this is just his jester powers or hidden crown powers. it's also hard to differentiate which of his leadership traits are bc of his royalty, proximity to the royalty, or just personality / experiences.

welp I am replaying the prieston, and a few things caught my eye: the title screen shows two photos: "king?" on crownus ig & "missing" on the jester's photograph. in day 1 you get 2 plush choices snake (prieston) & rabbit (jestyn / crownus). very interesting. I wonder what that's alluding to. the maids (sry if I butcher the names) but maidelyn seems quite trustworthy, also maidy, esp. since she seems to be against her brother. maidra... she seems neutral, in a similar positon to prieston.. jestyn's main ability is teleporting & crownus... some kind of telepathic communication / mind control? ig they do corrospond well with their current roles.

in the novel knighter is reading, jacob (main love interest) turns everyone against edward (2nd love interest) by accusing him of embezzling 'funds' (sounds too close to home). from prieston's fairy tale, jestyn sounds more like edward & crownus sounds like jacob, but I guess that's not how knighter sees it since jestyn is the original 'ceo'. it sad that our story did really unfold like in the novel & jestyn was isolated as a result. would be interesting to see how that novel he's reading develops. knighter's dialogue shows that he's very concerned with issues of trust & not being manipulating (jestyn mentioned his axe that he used to kill crownus while he was implying that knighter would rather live in lies) (jestyn teeth were were so sharp in that scene, he truly is a lion in rabbit clothing), this honestly made me think of why jestyn has an axe, was one of the faces he wore an executioner lol? also, the outfits in the picture on knighter's desk looked a bit different from the current ones, esp. the jester. at the end of the meeting with knighter, knighter says that he didn't wanna talk to the MC & that jestyn forced him. jestyn said that he never changed which made knighter pause, hm.. was knighter forced into something..? related to humans..?

now onto wizzy, I do wonder if the potion wizzy made is related to why butley was not conscious but moving in day 1... or maybe that was prieston shapeshifting into butley? in the photograph in wizzy's desk, the jester looks much younger. could it be the rabbit that grew to overtake the lion. other routes suggested that jestyn is old asl, the place literally closed before the MC was born... insane age gap if you ask me lol. but i'm surprised.. can puppets age? ig I am learning that you either choose to get lore or smexy scenes lol... remembering that wizzy's favourite rose is red for deep love & romance, it's funny to imagine knighter & wizzy geeking over novels. I wonder why jestyn seems to be the only one allowed to go outside.. it's honestly weird how multiple characters slipped warnings to the MC (without jestyn knowing), is he really to be trusted around humans?

I am starting to think there are two missing characters. it's interesting that the narrator in day 1 & ig crownus have the same text colour. maybe there was another jester before jestyn. crownus's telepathic / mind control powers make more sense if he's the narrator character since the narrator is the one directing the story. butley's introduction seems to show that there are two controlling powers in the kingdom, somehow jestyn was able to control him day 1 & something took over him in day 2 when he tried to eat the MC. i'm wondering if jestyn also controlled the narrator in day 1's roleplay. rereading butley's dialogue made me trust jestyn even more, even tho he had the worst things to say about him lol. given that MC's body weakened when in contact with butley, ig crownus theories around consuming humans were true, it's just jestyn didn't agree with him.. I wonder then if wizzy knows that, cos he did call him a liar for some reason.

I wonder why a priest's ability is shapeshifting... is he even actually a priest with that horn? his goat eyes = capricorn sign = the devil card in the tarot? capricorn is half fish too lol so I wonder if that adds to the lore. not surprised with the capricorn association, somehow all caps evoke in me very similar impressions (#inlove). I wonder how prieston is able to watch us.. does he shapeshift to objects? prieston speech & general description of jestyn always moves me a lil ;-; I wanna see what prieston's knitting!! "every pair of eyes in the kingdom turned toward the king with cold, accusing stares." huh, I found this part of the fairy tale interesting given that wizzy's eyes are obscured, prieston only shows one eye, jestyn only has one eye... there's also butley who has his eyes hidden behind his hair probably. I am so excited to see what jestyn's room looks like when we wake up on day 3!! I wonder how do human bodies look after being consumed & becoming called + is there a way to provide the puppets with human energy without the human dying?

replaying the date night route, I can't help but feel sad. jestyn probs felt a bit embarrassed about his royalty clothes cos after all the abuse, betrayal, & humilation,  he probably didn't feel like it fit him anymore. the MC's random comment surely meant a lot to him ;-; ngl I am surprised their creator didn't use them for evil, I 100% would have made jestyn my partner in crime haha. I am still wondering if he controlled MC's hand so he can feed them instead... so for the punishment scenes, if you choose to spank him & go far with it (ngl I really didn't wanna do it, triggered me a bit), you see him glitch into a lion figure but if you choose to slap him hard, he glitches into the old jester outfit..? that confused me a bit. so he changed his outfit, why?

dk why but I imagined prieston with a receding hairline (I think I touched too much grass), so I was thoroughly surprised lol

thank you for this game, I loved it. in such a short timeframe, you were really able to clear a nostalgic  but uncanny atmosphere & pair it with very realistic characters. quite impressive! can't wait to see more from you!

usually I uninstall games after I am done playing them but I think I will keep this one. I wanna come back to it from time to time. guess I have grown attached ;-;

loved it!! very cute story. I liked the dialogue, which is something I am usually picky about. can't wait for your next works <3
