Good new: masteries are fixed, bad news: combat is f**cked, i can spend stamina but can't enter combat in of itself (the animation says "combat start" but sent me back on the map immediatly) what's wrong this time? ( I still dont use mods)

I didn't use mod for i don't know where to find those, someone suggested uninstalling and reinstalling the game, i'll try that.

So... I tried a New save (i play without mods) and i noticed that it's stil f**cked the masteries are still blocked by [blank] and i just noticed that i have infinite mastery point  so... What's wrong with my version?

So.... i downloaded the version 0.14.3b, i opened the old save, i entered combat and i noticed that ALL the skills are gone making the battle unwinable, i open the character cheet of my main character and i noticed that both the Masteries and the Skills are broken (as in they are unabled to be used). the only "skills" i have that can be used  is "attack with the weapon" and  the masteries are "blocked by [blank] ", is anyone else having that problem and how do we fix this?
