A very well-made game with good promise, but I found it very difficult and confusing to progress. Wouldn't it be a good idea to create a walkthrough and provide a download link?

Why is it that every time I play on my save file, I have to manually download all the mods or wait for them to download? Is there any way to save them permanently?(I bought the game through Steam.)
