It seems to be only lagging when i have object shadows enabled. I'll play without them until I find a better fix so I can still have shadows

I'm just starting to have issues with lag spikes and a repeated warning message in the console: Warning: Too many additional punctual lights shadows to use soft shadows. Increase shadow atlas size, remove some shadowed lights, or use hard shadows. How do I fix this?

Saw this game on youtube and it looked really promising. After playing the first misson and heading back to the station, I've come across a few things that I think would be a good feature or could improve the game.

1. A tutorial on how to use the ship systems and not die (maintaining temp/oxygen)
