on mobile, it lagging from the first bartend

hi thank you for the tip. i want to say the art is beautiful it hard to find scene that beautiful like this.But there one problem i find that this game is lagging

I stuck with the test cause not enough ingredient and don't have knowledge to make the drink is there a guide or bypass this
