I mean I did kinda pirate the game, was great but I’d love to buy it on steam so I can support you since I don’t really like patreon/DLSite.

Yes you need to activate three engines to proceed in that level. Assuming this is from the front of the door to pass through. Up and to the right is the start of a path to one light.
Up, then left and down then left is the path to the second light.
The third light is an engine right outside the door. Hope this helps!
which items did you miss? If you can’t find them still I know where all of them are, Just say like Level A-2 Clothes 2 and I’ll tell you exactly where they are.

Is it the pistol or the rifle?
Since you say very beginning I’m going to assume it’s the pistol. Keep running right until you can’t go any further, go back a little and shoot the three red lights and the door will open.
Honestly for the local AI you could probably include a local hosting solution and phi-3-mini with your custom instructions ready to go fairly easily, though sure that'd make the filesize like 8.5GB ish but still.
