Are you playing the 0.20 version, the 0.19 one includes a reward link that has reached capacity and thus no longer is valid.

Were you upgrading from an older version, if so, do you remember which one? I remember there being a packaging issue between certain versions, honestly don't remember which one but there hasn't been any other reports of installation issues for 0.19 particularly, more so 0.17-ish.
