Theres is 5 characters people keep forgetting that the PUMPKIN itself is a new character. I do not believe there is others asides from spice,malo,  hornet, and cult of the lamb.

You can just close and reopen the game to set it to default

Pumpkin + pumpkin hat + tomb area=  pumpkincat

Pumpkin heat + sheep +tomb area = Cult of the lamb sheep

Enderman +  pumkin + tomb = Mal0

Bee + pump + tomb = SHAW! 

IF THE HEADS ARE MESSED UP JUST CLOSE AND REOPEN THE GAME
