This is great! I love the attention to detail in that the house's lights turn on or off depending on the time of day and the fact that there are weather effects. The fact that you can individually paint houses and that the tiles adapt based on neighboring tiles(like the rivers and paths) is super cool. 

I also like the idea of a stress-free town builder, I love just being able to build and design things without having to worry about zoning or disasters and things of that sort. Great job!

I definitely agree on the step sounds, they bugged me at first and then through development and testing I got used to it so I forgot to change it. I'll have to update it in the future to be a bit less grating!
