You can hide it from prying eyes.
You need to "mark it as private" and "hide this game" by right clicking once its in your library. Then "View" -> "hidden games". Make sure to also turn off the visibility of the game in your discord (or exit discord while playing such games - even if its a non-steam version).
If a game has steam achievements or if your friends can see you onliine/your activity its also something to consider. I can't remember my exact settings, but i made a self-spy account that i used to check what my steam friends can see on my profile. I hope it help you or someone.
I ask something APK related on discord and the Dev replied, that whatever we find as an APK is being generated from the windows version, so as for your question there won't be any extra features for android version as the game is programmed to be available for windows. APK is a "gift". It is how it is. Take it or leave it.
It only happens on android devices, because the game is developed for windows. The APK version of the game was generated by a program (converted from windows version). My android can't handle the game either sadly, and I tried to delete cache, reinstalling game from scrap multiple times. No solution.
The game is coded for windows. Whatever you have as an APK version is some program generated stuff, technically a rough conversion of the windows version. On my device I get CTD fairly often, so technically APK version is unplayable for me. Dev said it varies from device to device if your mobile can handle the stuff or not. There is no plan of this getting fixed sadly.
Well apparently the feature is bugged.
First run (in browser) I was able to press the button and leave the console while the alarm was on, however when I downloaded the game to PC I might have done some things in a different order which made me unable to trigger both the 2nd raven hair night scene and the alarm.
