I like the current volume.

Agreed on the Act II transition. The disorientation of new game mechanics helped empathize with the character's disorientation. Nicely done!

Pondering Lore

Sitting at the current end of content, there are a few things as a player I'm wondering about.

1. Where's the Tea Master? Surely he saw the ending of Act I take place. Surely, he even saw how it all went down as somewhat...inevitable. Is he ignoring the player on purpose, or might there be lessons we have to learn throughout Act II before he feels like speaking with the player?

2. How did we the player end up where we are in Act II? I read the Act I ending text fairly closely, but I'm still left with some fuzziness around the spiritual mechanics and reasons why we're here. Is this an accident, or is this fate truly intended for the player?

3. What is the player supposed to learn in Act II? How will this arc, and the various tyrants, develop our character's understanding of broader spiritual laws / systems, and how will the emotional state / inner drive evolve? Act I was driven by curiosity, and the need to develop oneself sufficiently to both obtain answers and have the level of consciousness needed to grasp those answers. Is Act II just a raw suffer-fest, or is something deeper taking place.

No worries mate. I quite enjoy your pace of development, and on the other hand I know what a toll it can take.

Path: Bruiser, The Muster Spine, Repeatable Combat

Issue: Combat wins do not increase Force Tempering.

Error Three? Yippee!

Path: Bruiser, The Muster Spine, Scramble Conditioning

Issue: Scramble Conditioning does not increase Force Tempering at all. Force Tempering remains unimproved during both the initial 0-6 cycles and the post-completion state.

Another possible error in Act II:
Path: Bruiser, Muster Market Bouts

Issue: opponent Power and Health continue scaling against the player's stats. As player stats increase, the market opponents scale infinitely alongside the player.

Expected: Based on combat box text and previous combat mechanics, player expects combat opponents to stop scaling higher once they reach a certain threshold.

Possible error in Act II:
Upon reincarnation, Weapons Armor and Trinkets from Forever Inventory (Act I wilderness relics) are unequipped. This forces the player to reequip combat equipment on each reincarnation.
