As long as you downloaded RCD directly from my itch page and haven't installed any unofficial patchs or files from other sources, there shouldn't be any reason to suspect that your copy has been tampered with.

I totally understand why that warning would be concerning, though, and I really appreciate you bringing it to my attention!

RomCom:Divergence is not designed to send SMS messages, collect private data, or communicate with external servers.
The only intended external connections are the optional support links accessible from the main menu and the artist links in the Music Room.

That said, I take security warnings seriously, and I would like to investigate this properly rather than dismissing your report.

Could you please share a screenshot of the warning, along with your phone model and Android version?
If possible, please also tell me which security app displayed the warning and where you downloaded the game.

I'll look into it and check whether this could be a false positive or an issue with the Android build.

Just a guess on my part, but since Boosty is Russian, their authentication service might have been affected by sanctions.
That said, it could just as easily be some completely unrelated issue.

There are no in-game branching choices in the current content, so no walkthrough!
Just install the patch (or not).

No NTR or sharing.
Can't say much more without spoiling the story ~

On Android, assuming you downloaded the game from Itch, the patch is pre-installed, but you’ll need to enable it from the Preferences menu.

I actually have no idea how much time is required to finish the current content.
I’ve never managed to do a full playthrough without finding something to fix and spending hours on it ^^

But I guess there should be at least one hour of content? Maybe closer to two?

Concerning the “screen you can’t get out of,” I’m guessing it’s the tutorial at the end?
There should be an option to quit it, which sends you back to a checkpoint to save.

It’s a pretty simple choice menu, so I don’t think there’s a bug I missed there, but please let me know.

Concerning the inspirations for the comedic aspects, well, I couldn't say for sure because it's the result of digesting lots of different influences across the years, but you might find some similar bits here and there with certain humorists, series, and mangas/animes/VNs (of course).

I'm also a big fan of Prison School's and Grand Blue's rhythm and style of comedy... 
Though the visual aspect, especially the extreme facial distortions, is outside what I'm able to do.

Anyway, I'm happy the game managed to make you laugh!

• Download the H-patch,
• Extract the archive,
• Place patch.rpa in your game folder.

For Android: 

The patch is pre-installed, but you'll need to enable it from the Preferences menu.

Note: When the patch is installed, the game version will end with a "p".

If you've already started an unpatched game, I recommend starting a new one after applying the patch so you don't miss anything.
