Yup, it can happen. When the gold is stationary, you can't shoot it. Only when it moves, it can be shot.
Originally, I was thinking of adding an intro, but I didn't think it was worth it. In the actual levels, press the arrow keys to aim the cannon and press A to shoot the flying gold. There is jank, though. Thanks!
