So i Think I found out why Nobody said anything about this. This Bug seems to only occur if you try to complete the quest before you defeat the Goblin Wizard(Boss In the Forest). Hope this helps. Also the scene that plays instead seems to be one of the enemy attacks i think, Hopes this helps narrow it down for you

found a bug on the 0.4.2 build (new to this game dont know if it was brought up) But when you do the return to the brother for the bell quest(Guy at Bar who wants you to find his brother) in the middle of the cutscene a random goblin animation starts playing and the game calls for an image that doesnt exsist(it calls for Boton20%)

I use WinRAR and it keeps saying that my encryption key is off or the file is corrupted also huge fan btw
