There are coins hidden around the stage; if you collect enough, you can buy an axe at the main house. That axe is quite strong, and you could kill them quickly. There are also places furries can't enter, like some shops. You could stay at the edge of where they can't go and hit them from there. It might not be a "legal" way to kill them, but it could work!   We'll improve the combat system in future games!
