Sometimes after loading a save, the wrong song will continue playing. The only way to fix this is a full restart.

Sadly, there seem to be some issues with the checkpoints in the build that got published. Delivering the first cargo should give you the ability to dash. The best bet would be to reopen the game and try getting through it without dying
