Hey, 2026 here. is this game abandoned?

i love this game but have a few gripes. For example, i can not scroll with the mouse wheel or the manual scroller in any menu where im adding drivers or teams, when i do, the menu just slowly climbs back to the top. Any way around this issue?
aside from that i cant find any immediate issue, maybe the AI could be harder but overall i love this game and hope it will receives some more updates. Maybe more customisation options?
