as of 2.5, there's dynamite that you can place and then explode by right clicking it while holding air. as for water i still havent added that but maybe later in the 2.5 updates!
it's in bitwise mode, only for a few blocks for now (slate, orange leaves, and autumn grass)

i made the archive using 7zip, most operating systems should be able to work with that, hmm
too lazy to try to make a web port and it'd probably run like a potato
