I am having the same issue. I tried going back to the office but nothing has changed. Also, the gallery does not show the numbers at the bottom, just red squares.
I have finished the game. Once Serena was defeated, she was confined to a small hut in Lakeview. She is no longer there. Nor is she showing up on the VR viewer. What happened to her?
