Man, that's a fun one! Great VS style game. Well put together. Dig the healing twist. But can we talk about that soundtrack though?! Dang!

Do you like SNES-level graphics? Well by golly, this is for you!
Here is a zip file of spell and ability animations that were created by SuperGrokPlus AI for use in my game Escape from Grocery Dungeon!
All spells are 16-frame transparent (magenta bg) PNGs that come in sheets that you can cut up and use for effects.
- 62 spell effects
- 10 status effect icons
- 4 attack animations that are weird...
So enjoy these free animations! Let me know if you end up using any in your game, I'd love to see them in action elsewhere!

Really proud of this one. Been working on it for months. :)

Escape from Grocery Dungeon is a rogue-like dungeon crawler RPG where you play as a group of grocery store workers trapped in the bowels of the grocery mart's dungeon-ous basement trying to escape! You were thrown in there by the evil store manager, Parker Glee, because you weren't acting happy enough.
Choose 3 of 6 playable characters that are modeled after classic RPG classes and try your best to escape by beating monsters, collecting items, keeping the flashlight lit, and defeating a horde of forgotten grocery store employees! I made up a new type of class with Russell. He gains stat points by stealing them from the enemies. It's weird, but by the end, he becomes a powerhouse!
Classes learn abilities/spells in a semi-random fashion as they level up. You battle your way up to the 6th floor by finding the key fob that unlocks the door to the staircase going up. Each staircase is guarded by a mini-boss manager who will try to keep you locked away forever. If you make it to the 4th floor, that's the old pet department! A whole bunch of animals have broken out and gone crazy! Get to the 6th floor to confront the store manager himself for a final battle for freedom!
Along the way you'll run into stores or special rooms with elite monsters that guard powerful items. Oh! And remember to keep your flashlight working! When it goes completely out, things get dicey... Real dicey...
- 6 unique playable characters, all can get to level 30
- 32 different enemies + 5 mini-bosses + the big boss
- 62 total spells and abilities to use
- Tons of items to use/equip
This game was completely made with SuperGrokPlus AI at my direction. I love this stuff, but I have a hard time taking credit for a lot of it beyond just telling it what I'd like to see. So please enjoy this free grocery store-themed dungeon crawler I "made" with AI!
Apparently I've pushed this build to damn near the limit! It's almost 100MB which is Grok's size limit for pretty much everything unless I want to start uploading to github and do all sorts of things I don't know how to do, and I keep running into the 1,000 file limit here at Itch, so here we are. This is probably about it. Unless we run into some bugs (please let me know if you do), I don't think there's a whole lot more I'm really allowed to add.
Oh and play this on full screen if you can. The UI is a bit cramped on anything under like 1920x1024. I'll work on that...
So please enjoy Escape from Grocery Dungeon! :)

Hello again!
https://icetraigh.itch.io/kilowatt-fmsim
Welcome to my latest (and favoritest) simulation/management game yet! It's called Kilowatt FM! In this one, you get to run your own radio station. ...and I'm probably the only one left in the world excited to announce something like that. :P
Take over a radio station in the 1980s and compete with 4 other stations to become the #1 station in the area! Games are played in 13-week sessions. You can hire/fire DJs, setup your schedule, take on ads, promote the shows, fight with other stations, and run into random events.
You setup your schedule, then run the week and see how you did. After a few weeks, you'll see graphs and data tell you how well you're doing in the markets. Make changes, crank up the promos, pull some wild stunts. Do what it takes to become the best station in the land all while keeping the budget afloat!
Also, there's a story mode based on real world events! Back in 2016, I took over a low-power radio station and turned it into an all-blues format! It kicked off a crazy ratings war over the next few years. Relive some of that action in the story mode! Names have been changed to protect the guilty... ;)
Just like my other games, it's made completely with SuperGrokPlus AI. Before today and without the ability to draw or code, I would have to be a millionaire just to get a project like this off the ground. Now I can put it together in a weekend. I'm sure you have opinions on it, but I absolutely love it. And it's getting better every day. But enough soapboxing...
I hope you enjoy my latest creation. I really enjoy sim/management games. I hope you do, too. :)

Hello! Just completed a game that I've been thinking about and wanting to create for decades but never really had the means or talent to pull it off. I can't draw, I can't code. But thanks to AI, I can play Mr. Video Game Developer! Anyways...
Check out my new game: Ogre for Mayor! You are running for mayor of a small village of ogres. There are 4 major issues affecting the ogres these days, and you have to convince the villagers that you are the best ogre for the job to lead them through these situations.
You have to knock on doors, convince ogres, use campaign strategies and dirty tricks, conduct polls to see where you're at, and there's a great debate in the middle that can really swing the election one way or the other. But don't worry. You can still recover if you blow it!
Election Game? In this political climate?! Don't worry. There are absolutely ZERO references to current political issues or personalities. This is a self-contained little world that has no bearing on ours. So you're not going to get any pro/anti Trump message here. It's just a game where you run for mayor of an ogre village. That's it. :P
I am super happy as to how this came out!!! I hope you like it, too.

Hello! I'm new to this site, new to making games in general. Wanted to share my latest game I'm really proud of. It's called Pitwall - F1 Racer! It's a sim/management game where you hire racers, build cars, race them against other racers, and try to become #1!
It's made with Grok AI. However you feel about it, I really enjoy it. I've always wanted to make games like these, but I don't have the talent to code or draw or anything like that. It would've cost hundreds of thousands of dollars, took hundreds of man hours, just to produce a fun little proof of concept like this. Now I can do it over a weekend on my own. So go ahead and trash it, but the gatekeeping is now gone and I can make the games I always dreamed of having. :)
Speaking of which, check out my other one: Toppatha Charts! It's a sim where you're a band and you're trying to become a platinum selling artist.
I've got some others I'm working on, too, that I'd like to release when the right Jam comes along. :)
And I'm always game for any suggestions for additions and stuff! I'll be adding a drama system to the racing game soon where the racers can cause friction with other team members and affect their performance. So stay tuned!
