I know it's been a while, but I finished the game and I think it was one of the greatest indie games I have ever played!
Very cool atmosphere and style, addictive gameplay and its chaotic nature is the cherry on top. I like to push those zombie cans in the street and watch the city burn XD
How I beat it: Go to the casino and destroy/kill everything. Hide behind the wall in the upper section and wait to lose heat. Police men will spawn in the bottom room but will not move up, so you should stick with the hiding spot. Do this once more and you'll reach 10k.
Also it appears that killing citizens in the restaurant under your house doesnt get you any heat. So that's also a good way for earning some small cash if you have barely made 10k.
