It's pretty unlikely as that would need to be accounted for everywhere (same reason why you can't bring partners out of their designated areas.) I could certainly see about 'escape maps' though, where you're captured and tied up in an area and need to escape.

Welcome back to it! Yeah, it's sort of a consequence of having large variations in boob size for the main character whereas NPCs usually only have the one so their bodies are drawn to fit. I don't think it'll change at this point just because of how much graphics work would be involved with redrawing all the clothes to fit new sizes though.
