Love this game!!! Took me three tries to beat Abraxas which I think speaks to the well balanced difficulty! Mia's art style is STUNNING - this game got an extremely well deserved spot in the top 15 of artwork for GMTK 2026 😍

Incredible take on the theme! This is so creative and well designed and also really enjoyable! I love the style of the art, the sound design is very very well done, and you've incorporated some really great narrative elements into it!
The game was also easy to get into and the difficulty was really well balanced! My only piece of feedback is that the order of the speech bubbles was a tad confusing - it would've been good if the non-speaking character's bubble went away after they said their line. Aside from that tiny little thing though, I'm beyond impressed!
I'd had this one on my list for a while as everyone in the GMTK discord has been raving about it. It definitely lives up to the hype - it's very fun & very creative, but also a very funny twist on the literal theme of Count Down.
I also really enjoy the roguelite format of this concept. Absolutely the right choice!
This. Is. Insane. I've never really enjoyed rhythm games so I can confidently say that if more of them were like this, I would be way more inclined to play them! The artwork is ADORABLE! Harold is ADORABLE! The music is AWESOME! I can't praise this game enough for its quality and polish. Insane that this was done in 4 days.
If I had to give something for feedback, I'd love a reminder of the beat written or symbolised somewhere on the level UI. Other than that, though, perfect entry.
The mechanics are really good. I especially like the emphasis on using two hands on the keyboard. It felt quite comfortable and I got a handle on the controls really quickly! I wish there was a bit more of a progression system as I got to about 650 before I decided to move on (trying to smash out game ratings before voting ends hahaha). Great job though! Oh also, I really love your thumbnail - it drew me in!!
Added straight to the favourites collection! This was a very creative take on the theme and I had a lot of fun playing it! Took me a while to figure out how to unlock new letters, but once I got there, I was borderline destroying my own keyboard at the speed in which I was spamming keys! Wish I was able to win the game, but I did get to $142 with like 1 second left. Great work!
Nice job on this! You've got a really solid foundation and an engaging gameplay loop! I particularly liked some of the little effects & bits of polish you added everywhere.
Just a little bit of feedback for you: the scaling of the cards when you hover over them seemed to bound within the cards' shape. It would be cool if they were able to expand out of the deck itself. And also, I got the "you lose" and "you win" audio at the same time at the end of the first level.
Great job otherwise!
This is incredibly well made for a 4-day jam game! Great work to the dev team!
I really enjoyed the aesthetic and was a BIG FAN of the voice lines. After days of playing jam games, it was such a nice reprieve to have the instructions essentially read aloud to me hahaha. That made it very easy to grasp the concept. The controls were also really intuitive and the game was fun!
My only gripe (and I'm not sure if this is just me or if I've done something wrong), but when I purchased more spotlights, there was no actual spotlight texture on them? See the floating number 2 with no spotlight below.

Aside from that, I'm a big fan of this entry and I'm gonna add it to my GMTK 2026 favourites :)
I'm not going to leave a rating as I feel it would be unfair given that I can't run this game very well on either of my computers. However, I still want to leave a comment as the styling and the art deserve an abundance of praise! This aesthetic is beyond gorgeous, so incredibly creative, and unbelievably unique.
I understand the cost that comes with such stunning shaders, but ah I wish I could play this!
Thank you for your kind words and your feedback! I'm right there with you on many of your points - the balancing could definitely use a tweak and I WISH we added a proper tutorial, but we just ran out of time 😫
Oh, also, more "food" (not food lol) items get added in the third difficulty increase, but easy mode turns that off lol
THANK YOU for the detailed comment!!!
Ok so funny story. I coded a system that timed the food spawns and forced a spawn of a particular food item if too much time had passed. But then it caused so many other issues I didn't have time to fix that I had to scrap it and hope for the best 😅😂
Also, the burger with no cheese was intentional mwahahahahahah
Thank you for your detailed review! We always want to hear what we could improve :)
I completely understand the overwhelm - it's intentional game design, but it isn't going to be for everybody!
The different caterpillars don't influence the gameplay in anyway, we just wanted the player to be able to collect all sorts of different caterpillars and butterflies, rather than just have on single type.
PLEASE TURN THIS INTO AN APP!!
Per previous comments, I wouldn't necessarily call this one a 'game', but what you have presented is executed very well. I was quite shocked to find the petal replay at the end there! Genuinely though, I imagine a lot of people would enjoy an app like this - decision paralysis is real!
My only feedback if you did would perhaps be a little more style in the UI? The colours & the art assets are gorgeous and I'd love to see you incorporate that into the text boxes etc.
This is a very creative take on the theme and gorgeously executed. I would hang a painting of your thumbnail on my wall!
I did find the movement quite difficult. I wish there was just a little less momentum when spinning, but then again, I understand that is the challenge! I also was a bit unsure when I got to propel myself and when the clock started doing it automatically for me, so just a small indicator when the game 'leaves the tutorial', I suppose.
Aside from that, I think you've got a really great entry and I think it's going to do very well!
Yuki, this is gorgeous!! More people need to play this ASAP! Everyone has been raving about this in the discord for a reason! The puzzle design is genius for a 4 day jam, and although the hole bug made it through, your note about pretending they worked was enough for me to avoid them (except one instance when I accidentally finished a level after walking over one whoops).
Like I already said, one fix I'd love to see is the time increases working if you land on them with the exact right amount of moves. A level select screen would also be welcome :)
Incredible job!
Instant add to the jam favourites collection! This is an INCREDIBLE puzzle platformer concept and I would LOVE to see more levels added or this made into a full game. You struck gold with this concept! I got so frustrated at Re-Cycle, in the best way. Probably spent 20 minutes playing this and the whole time I thought "you know what would really add to this? A death counter"...
Well, I was pleasantly surprised at the end (and also not, as I got 45 lol).
This was really really cool. I'm a big fan of these sorta games and the stylisation of the art is next level!! I also want to compliment the audio & the creativity of your idea.
I'd like to point out one minor issue I had which was that on the end of round screen, I couldn't find the 'continue' button for ages lol. It just blends into the background a little bit.
