Hi Nyanko,
I have an important IP question regarding Sprunki. Have you ever authorized, licensed, assigned or transferred any rights in the SPRUNKI name, characters or artwork to ShinStar LLC?
In particular, have you ever authorized ShinStar LLC to register SPRUNKI trademarks or copyrights, or to license SPRUNKI merchandise to third parties?
A simple yes or no would be very helpful.
