Oh no! I finally prestiged and when checking out the menu I clicked on one of the cosmetics thinking it might show a preview. Nope. Immediately ate my 1 PP lol. Well I can't say I have the drive to continue past that. Maybe take it as feedback to have a confirmation or a full refund button to redistribute points. Otherwise, I enjoyed the time I spent on this.

Interesting concept. A few flaws with the base Tetris as it is though. For instance, tetrominoes will not rotate on the right hand side of the screen if their longest orientation is up against the wall. Further and likely related, you can not spin pieces into place. The classic T-spin is impossible for example. Coding tetris from scratch is no simple matter I know, but for players who enjoy Tetris, they will expect the base game to play the same as all other variations.

Suggestion: Fixed UI instead of dynamic. The UI jumping as numbers increase and go to a newline is quite jarring.

The game crashed during the tutorial when I used a USB switch. The effect of which disconnects my mouse and keyboard. I've never run into such a crash before. Curious how it could have happened but I figured I'd report it.

Crashes at the FAQ section on hardware. Playdate OS 2.2.0
