if you swap the hands too fast it won't let you swap hands anymore also i accidentally grabbed one of the pipes trying to grab the thing that you use to get onto a wall with and when i grabbed the pipe my grabpack hand got stuck there and wouldn't work anymore and the puzzle where you pull barry wouldn't let me complete it when i used my hand on the last thing to activate it
