I think the job interactions have a lot of potential for some fun flavor text!

Like, if you help a coworker at a certain size, there's just a little: "NPC lifts her belly onto a nearby counter with a sigh of relief. You end up doing a lot more of her work than does."

Something I was thinking about during my upteenth replay of this game: when you are doing the second half of the Jobs update, were you planning on changing anything about the at-work interactions? Like, if you pick the "gossip" option, it actually leads to the bit of dialogue where one NPC talks about another, or maybe even some brief interactions with some of your coworkers.

The last one is already a thing. You just have to convince your feeder to let you go. It isn't easy, mind you, but it's definitely doable.

Just out of curiosity, for this Jobs and Home Polishing Update, will there be content for Barely Mobile characters to start using scooters to get around? Like, maybe have it be a percentage based on their current fitness or something: 99 percent fitness means they have a 1 percent chance of taking a scooter on a day trip, and vice versa.

Fantastic update that I've been eagerly anticipating since its announcement! The portrait system is awesome. It's super cute, and really makes the NPCs feel like they're present. The job system is pretty cool too! Love the little bits of office gossip going on.

I did have a question: the mobility scooters say that they can only be used by someone who is Barely Mobile to Ultra Obese, does that mean that NPCs should start using it when they're Barely Mobile? Not sure if it's a bug or a feature, I've only seen them use it from Immobile onward.

Rule of thumb: pressuring the devs doesn't get a game done faster.

Any chance options for limited mobility will be added to the new update? Scooters and whatnot?

I do believe you are right, though I was referring to the personal carers, over the care assistants. Appreciate the reply though!

That said, for simplicity, the carers and the care assistants could just have the same four.

Hmmm... Lazy might be a good personality. In the same vein, "Strict" might be fun to see as well.

Just out of curiosity, is "Bubbly" the only Carer personality at the moment?

So, can you actually convince your feeder to release you from the Dizzy Facility, or is it a waste of time to save-scum that 20%?
