If you want to fix this in your current project you add "If (phase = 2) then (switch costume to (phase 2 costume) else (switch to phase 1 costume)" the name of the costume has to match phase 1 ex: 0 and (0 with a space after it) and, 1 and (1 with a space after it) Do this to all mentions of switch sostume blocks in the polos and characters.

which version do you have. You need the one with this preview. This is version 1.5 which is the current file you can download where both the polos and characters can change in phase 2.

can you elaborate on the problem.
