The demo appears to fail to load the next area after this point. Entering the transition into the next zone leads to a fully white screen, and though control is still possible, it is impossible to see any menus or anything at all.

Yeah, until I saw this I thought it was legitimately broken. Even in the tutorial it doesn’t work even when you’re prompted to. Would really appreciate a fix, could even move examine to right click maybe?

Excellent game, great concept, fun and challenging. Would love to see it expanded in some way (though that’s just the greed talking, it’s already a complete experience). Also thanks for the gallery update!

Great game, tough but fun when you get the hang of it. Just needs a scrollbar so you can reach units near the bottom once you have too many. (Since infecting is such a good way to just remove an enemy, the list starts getting long)

Just so you know, they’ve thrown this in quarantine, possibly because of a lot of edits in a short time or something.

It seems like this error still comes up in the current version. Is it because you aren’t supposed to be able to turn down the offer on this route? The “Back to Adventuring” option is still there under “Accept your new life”, and this happens when you press it and go back again.

Had this come up on skipping the offer and delving until the next valuable and bringing it back to the Empress. spoilers

Pretty good, with a few issues besides minor spelling/grammar errors here and there:

spoilers The Statue path is still in a draft state, listing itself as Lust WG1/2/3, and each stage just a loose summary of the events. Is this accidentally a beta build that got uploaded, or is the ending going to be finished proper later?

The “Prison of the Self” ending doesn’t have a button to go back to the start.

Still working on the 3rd path, but that brings me to another point.

The rng seems kind of…arbitrary, especially without any save points or continues. Bad luck can just prematurely end a run before it even really begins, or ant any point really. It doesn’t feel all that great to be honest, especially when there’s ending hunting that would require multiple playthroughs to test and check everything to find. Having a good streak ruined at random is definitely a mood killer. Perhaps look into an alternative to a “Game Over” style punishment for something wholly out of player control?

Another issue with being unable to pick up the door handle and getting stuck once the search for the phone receiver begins. Also this is probably not correct when examining the Can of Something. image.png

Getting this error both during and after a fight with the Rusty Knife equipped to Nalah. Hitting “Retry” works during battle, but after battle ends up on this black screen, and trying to hit it again returns to the prompt after a brief load.

Outside of this, very entertaining game with a lot of promise. Looking forward to more for sure!

*Edit:

Spoiler warning The Grand Lie also doesn't drop a Slice of Cake after victory even though it says it does. It appears to just drop a Historical Book instead.

Not an error, but it seems that

finishing the second tome and casting Mass Desire Magic skips ahead of several scenes with Kristen that hadn’t happened yet.

Another exception error that came up during a dorm mirror inspection, Exception: Unknown text tag 'player.name'

There seems to be repeated exception errors during one of the new scenes, coming up as Exception: Sayer 'student' is not defined, but it seems to be safe to ignore and proceed through the scene otherwise. It still reoccurs each time it tries to call for "student", so it seems like you just missed setting the name for the offensive student during the scene. Outside of that, things have been fine so far, I'll keep looking for anything else that comes up.

Very solid foundations for an addictively entertaining game. Furandre's comment says most of what I would bring up, things that are probably due to this being mostly proof of concept. Still, greatly looking forward to this being developed further, it's an amazing game in the making.

Game's great, I've been playing it for days, but since I can't find it anywhere, I'm going to ask- Is there any way to look at the elemental matchups? I've figured out that it seems like every element has 3 weaknesses, but it's not like I can easily test every weakness, and it's something that should really be told to you in game the same way the Vaccine>Virus>Data attribute triangle is.
