I had the same issue and was able to replace the battery with a new one from the store. Don't know if you can charge them or not.
To replace it, I had to:
- Buy the new "car battery" from the store
- Hold a wrench and use it on the ATV to remove the old one
- Hold the new battery and use it on the ATV to install it
