The vocals are the vocaloid Hatsune Miku! You can see the software in the last screenshot. The software is called PiaPro Studio NT. Also, the vocals are in Japanese because Hatsune Miku is made to sing in Japanese.
I imagined, what if you enter a shop, and the shopkeeper is someone famous? Usually, shopkeepers are not very memorable, so I wanted to imagine that it was a very famous character, with a very popular voice that is easy to recognize. So I though, what if it was Hatsune Miku? So I did this.
