Thank you!
Please look forward to future developments.

I, too, dream of this game running on actual hardware.

I don't have the technical skills to optimally and directly control the limited resources of real hardware.

However, I think I've been able to fuel the dreams of older fans. ^^

This is the original model.

I’d be really happy if you like it.

Do you mean this image?

It's based on a model I made in Blender, and I asked GPT to turn it into artwork resembling a military model kit box illustration.

Thank you again.
I am truly honored—this is the first time anyone has praised my work so highly.

First, I would like to confess that this game is not actually running on real hardware or an emulator. It was developed using the Godot game engine, purely for modern PCs.

However, I created it with great care to faithfully reproduce the look and feel of a real system, including the graphics, strict 8-dot scrolling, and authentic PSG sound.

In particular, the in-game music uses the NDP Demosongs published by Naruto-san. Since the audio was generated by a real MSX PSG driver, it can truly be considered genuine PSG sound.

Thank you so much.

Hearing such kind and heartfelt praise truly touches me.

Knowing you enjoyed “Hijaku” this much is the greatest encouragement.

It took a full year of development, but your words have made it all feel worthwhile.

I’ll keep cherishing and improving it.

Thank you for the great feedback.
I’m glad you enjoyed the graphical style and the forgiving mechanics.

During development, I intentionally reduced pressure from terrain and positioning. I wanted players to focus on the visuals and on the act of defeating enemies, not on fighting the environment. Keeping the experience clear and fluid was a core design goal.

I’m happy this approach resonated with you.
Thanks again for playing.

Thank you so much for playing and for your kind words.
Hearing “easy to play, hard to master” truly means a lot to me as a game developer—that balance was one of my main goals.

I’m really glad you enjoyed the game, and I’m honored you noticed it was made with Godot.

Your feedback is deeply motivating.

Hello,

In response to your request, we have implemented a pause function in the Version 1.0.0 update.

The archive now also includes a user manual.

All content through the ending has been fully implemented, so we hope you’ll enjoy playing the complete experience.

Thank you for playing my game!
As you said, I’d like to do something about the manual, but it might not be inside the game itself.
I’m not sure yet whether I can add a pause function to the system at this stage, but I’ll think about whether it’s possible.
