Once again. I very much appreciate your tips =)
I will be working on some updates today and plan on pushing them through to Itch tonight. Hoping to get it on an HTML so it can be played in the browser, but I don't know how that will affect the saving.
- I am co-creating this with a friend and he is working on the NPCs and tutorial stuff, so I will sit down with him tonight to look over ways to ease the player into the game.
- I will look into camera bounds. Godot has so many features =)
- You do in fact need the tool and the level, but I am working on a new system at the moment that is going to remove crafting for the time being and introduce traders that you can purchase the axes from in exchange for wood, stone, and fish.
Once again, I appreciate all your help as I work on this fun little project =)
First off, thank you for taking the time to not only play the game, but leave a review on it.
- I have been going back and forth on the tutorial. Starting to think I want to just get rid of it and leave the NPC's to explain how the game works. Thoughts?
- I will add in a resource page that shows players which trees, rocks, and bubbles are Tier 1 - 5
- Inventory is now working properly as well as proper resource movement. That update will be implemented later today
- I will do better with the mixels
Been at this for a month and really appreciate all the tips =)
