Hi! I'm glad you like the game modes!

As for the gameplay, I'll be able to show more at the end of the month ;) In the meantime, a demo version is available here: https://kdebczynski.itch.io/captain-victor-stormbeard-and-the-undead-treasure-demo. It's a bit outdated compared to the current state of the game, but the mechanics remain similar, so feel free to check out the free demo.

I'll also be adding a new demo version at the end of the month.

Thanks, man.

This article is written in rather technical terms.

However, it does indicate that I use AI to speed up work on the project by generating code that doesn't affect gameplay in any way. These are various tools that helps me in game development.

I also clarify that I do NOT use AI for the creative aspects, such as graphics, music, sounds, or the game code that defines how the game works (the creative part).

AI has no influence on how the game works and looks, but I use this tool when working on the project, so I honestly inform about it.

Dzięki

Did you read the whole article? Because there is a big difference between creating entire games using AI and AI assistance.

I connected a mouse and now the game actually makes sense. Highly addictive gameplay and great graphics!

That makes sense. I'll have to plug in my mouse and try again. The games you mentioned are also very good.

It looks really cool. Have you considered making a turn-based game instead of time? I don't know how sensible that would be, but something like 10 moves and 5 pickaxe digs per day. Personally, I don't like being pressed for time in games :D

Dzięki

I wonder if some of you will be able to finish whole level :) You can save the game by pressing P on keyboard, and then load state after you died.

There is also one secret room. Share the screenshot if you find it!

Great video! Thanks

Thanks. I'll see what I can do with it :)

Great 👍

Thanks for the quick gameplay video :D

Hi. I'm preparing a demo version. I'll contact you by email when it's finished. Regards.

Nothing realy special there, but have fun :)

Another great tile set for retro games. I'm building a Commodore 64 game based on this kit.

Hello. I'd love to give you a demo version. However, the game isn't even ready for a demo yet. As I get closer to finishing the game, I'll definitely contact you.

Thanks!

(1 edit)

I'm currently testing these assets in my game and they fit the Commodore 64 perfectly :) Thanks a lot!

You're welcome. I'll try to post updates regularly, about every month :)

I'd love to read this book. I also use oscar64 for my new game I'm working on.

Thank you :)

Thanks for the review :)

Great!

Thank you

Thanks

Good point. Sounds like a good improvement to the Robo Gems 2 :)

To ja dziekuje za takie ładne wydanie :)

Wow. It’s incredible that this works so fast and looks really good! I recently started using your oscar64 compiler. Very good project 👍

I hope it will be even sooner :)

This is still a very early version. Release will be sometime next year 😃

Yes, final version has sound :) Demo version is quite outdated compared to the current one.

Full version is near to finish. Hopefully will be available within a month or two.

Great. Thank you :)

Na pewno się pojawi:)

Not yet. For now I have only this early preview.

Sure, you can include a demo version :)
