Played the full version, was worth my time. I really like the Balatro-esque mechanics and want to see this game succeed, but the balance of it needs a LOT of work.
Number one, for as heavily reliant as you are on the girls self-ordering extras to fulfill your addon quota, you have WAY too little agency in manipulating that at all. There are only like two buffs that directly affect the chances/size and they're both 'Possibilities' that you have no control over finding because you can't dedicate resources to rerolling or finding more of outside of a single charm that raises the option slot by 1. It's also unclear as to what else indirectly affects it. There's logic behind having reduced fullness benefit, since if she has more room leftover she'd be more likely to want more... but in my experience, they seem more than happy to order extras when they're already full. Increasing order calorie count increases the chances that if they do end up ordering extras, they'll order more, so the few that happen will give you more of your quota. However, if fullness does affect probability of ordering extras at all, then raising the order size also penalizes you because the original order will be larger and thus make her fuller to begin with.
Number two, none of that even matters in the end because even if you were to perfectly supply all of your addon quota needs purely with the girls self-ordering extras, that's not enough. You are mandated to give at least one overage per two weeks, no matter what. Except, even doing that minimum is enough to raise suspicion, and not by an insignificant amount. As far as I can tell, there is NO leeway AT ALL for overages that is in a 'safe, sneaky' range. This seems very counterintuitive and seems to go entirely against the initially assumed premise of the game.
Both of these issues are exacerbated by the complete lack of transparency from these mechanics. You have bars for how much you've been penalized already, but no information at all regarding how to avoid it. No numbers on overages affecting suspicion. And, more severely, no numbers regarding what your addon quota is - so you have no idea what you need to meet, or how much suspicion you might need to eat to reduce the boredom penalty because girls just randomly decide not to cooperate that week and never order any extras. On top of that, the game says there are 'Possibilities' to lower Suspicion/Boredom but I have literally never seen them over multiple long runs (20+ weeks on my first and 15+ weeks on my second). I have only seen features to reduce the accumulation, which come too little too late. So any boredom or suspicion that builds due to mechanics that are nebulous and often unavoidable is also permanent, meaning you have a guaranteed timer on your run that no amount of skill can avoid.
Those are by far the biggest issues, but as a smaller note: charms are underpowered and diamond charms are bait. They are way too rare even when dedicating your entire setup to finding them and half of the effects involving them actively conflict with each other (needing five silver charms to increase the odds but the gold charm rewarding you for having diamond charms penalizes you for having silvers, and having so many of your slots taken by silvers makes it hard to keep room for the gold charm that reduces reroll cost, etc. etc. etc. compounding together). They just aren't strong enough to warrant the rarity at all, and even the gold/silver charm pool is massively bloated with charms that are near useless because they only target specific food types. This is reminiscent of Balatro effects and has potential if you actually committed to it more (having a 'dessert build' or a 'pizza build' or whatever. However, there's no way to influence what type of food the gals order themselves and, again, you are heavily penalized for trying to feed them yourself so you can't pick that way. And, also since you are discouraged from buying any more than the absolute minimum of food for the girls, you have a TON of cash all the time with nothing else to spend it on besides the character cards - which are entirely unlimited in how much you can stack, and thus any receipts you spend trying to search for diamond charms is receipts you could be spending restocking the character cards so you can spend all of your otherwise useless cash on permanent buffs that aren't fighting each other for limited charm slots. Much of this could be... not entirely fixed, but greatly alleviated and improved if the game's claim that you can equip/unequip charms was actually true. Being able to swap them out would make a lot of them more useful, less punishing, and actually worth competing for resources. Unless this is a case of unclear GUI, I have only seen the option to delete, and later sell them.
Last note, and not about balance - it would be nice if some of the future girls had different body types. Top heavy, bottom heavy, hourglassy, etc. Right now every single one is the same round build by the end, which is fine for now but seeing variety would help keep things fresh and appeal to more people.
