Possible bug that I haven't seen mentioned anywhere else, but the "Convenience Perk" that blocks you from being equipped with cursed items by enemies doesn't seem to work. As in, I edited my save file to include "active_rules": ["no_equips"], which shows up in-game in the encyclopedia when you go to the section discussing destiny points, but I was equipped with a cursed item by a ratkin earlier today.

Edit: Never mind, I did some deep diving into the code and found that active_rules only really handles the visual element, while 'flags' handles the actual logic. 

In Story Mode, which requires you to be a patron. Same with the Sperm Bank Nurse.

I'm not certain if this is just a visual bug, or if Urka has actually vanished. Long story short, lost the first encounter to her, and chose to spar while drunk upon meeting her the second time. She's not visible on any of the maps I've seen, which may be an issue.
