Yes, you can. But it’s not possible with all girls. If my memory serves me right, after completing a certain quest in the game, you’ll get a side quest called “Talk to Astra about pregnancy,” and after that, pregnancy will become available with all the girls with whom it’s possible and with whom the relationship allows it.

As I recently found out. After Sarah’s pregnancy, a mini‑dialogue with the nanny Katie (Tara) opens — does this mean that pregnancy unlocks additional relationships with some characters? Or is it just a function? And is it possible to somehow build a relationship with Tara in this version?
