As of current testing in the current version, I managed to get 300 by: 73, 1, -200, X, Plier, 1, Amber's Pickaxe, 1, 1, and 1 by Sandbox Mode.
So, When I try to affect Negative numbers with Amer's Pickaxe such as -83, it just freezes in a while, Here is a footage:
