I honestly didn't expect how much I would be loving this IF, it's simply amazing. It's so unique, especially the double pitched voice and the way the powers work, and I love the way you don't shy away from depicting the worst of humanity but still handle it with a lot of care.
It might be more biased but I love that Bayram speaks turkish. It makes me feel confident that I can understand everything he's saying, until he calls someone a kanka and I look it up in disbelief just to learn that it's a false friend and doesn't mean skeleton like the kazakh qañqa. It's also very funny how much he hates horses for a turkic guy, 10/10
Looking forward to what's next!
I loved this and I hope to see more in the future!
I'm not knowledgeable in sailing but it felt like a lot of it came from how it works in the real world (with magic on top) and that made it feel a lot more immersive, more like the world is alive
I also love the idea of magic being kind and even helping adjust your body, it's really cool
I also really appreciate the turkic representation, it's not common to see it but I'm overjoyed every time I catch some, so, thank you!!
There was a thing at the end when deciding what to say about the captain, such as "Fehran/Evans is right" but they hadn't really expressed any opinion, and one of the options said "{ccelyn} is right"
The "e" pronoun was also a little confusing to me, as English is not my native language it was a little hard to read through that however maybe that's just me and I completely respect your personal choice as an author to use neopronouns for NPCs, and I was able to read through it, with a little effort
Also, I think that you might catch more traffic here if you set the genre as Interactive Fiction.
PS. I love the drawing of the map
