Hey man, I really appreciate your offer!

To be honest, I don't make my games for commercial purposes right now- nor do I set aside a marketing budget for them including this one.

I definitely want to be in the game industry long term and I genuinely enjoy game development, but at the moment I treat it as a dedicated & serious hobby.

Also, rather than putting all my focus into just one single game, I prefer creating different cool ideas as they pop into my mind, while keeping older projects alive for as long as I have fresh ideas for them.

Thanks again for reaching out! I wish the best for you!

Thanks a lot for the comment, I really appreciate it!..

Actually on YouTube rather than gameplay moments, I mostly post videos about the mechanics I build or how I implement ideas and people's suggestions!

Oops! I'm really sorry for not including a tutorial! But if you're still planning to play, let me explain:

  • As long as your bucket is open a catchable (fish or an object) can get hooked at any moment. When a catchable gets hooked a hook icon will appear on the 'bucket state indicator' along with a sound effect.
  • You can press LMB (or tap anywhere on the screen if you're on mobile) anywhere to hook the catchable.
  • Every catchable has different traits like movement patterns, movement speed, and aggressiveness, but here is how the core mechanic works:
  • The catchable will try to escape in a random direction. Your goal is to drag it into the light blue/cyan area on the Minigame UI. Whenever the catchable stays inside that area the progress bar fills up.
  • And whenever it strays outside, the bar decreases. Moreover, if it is on the borders of the Minigame UI, the bar decreases twice as fast!
